David is the Capability Manager for CBRNe systems at EPE, where he leverages his extensive expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions in detection, protection, and decontamination technologies to users across Australia and New Zealand.  With a distinguished career spanning over 14 years of operational service with the Queensland Police Service, David honed his skills as a senior Bomb Technician with the Explosive Ordnance Response Team.  Throughout his career, David has complemented his operational experiences with a wide range of training and advisory engagements.  He has managed and directed training across several critical areas, notably in CBR Incident Response.  As an active member of several National Working Groups, David played a pivotal role in directing capability and training under the Australia and New Zealand Counter-Terrorism Committee (ANZCTC).  His expertise extends to the successful design, development, and delivery of training programs in CBR and Hazardous Crime Scene Response.  In his current role at EPE, David utilises his extensive experience and knowledge to ensure that the most appropriate and innovative solutions are available to meet the complex needs of CBRNe system users.  His dedication to excellence and his commitment to advancing the field make him a sought-after expert and a valued contributor to public safety initiatives.
